How we work
The terms below are how every engagement runs. The price is quoted for each one after a conversation; we don't keep a price list.
Starting
Write or call with what you are training or serving, how many GPUs you keep busy and when you need them. After a short conversation we send a written quote within one business day: the server, the term, the monthly price and the deposit.
The trial week
Before you commit, you get seven days on an identical 8× A100 80GB server at no charge. Bring your real workload; we help you set it up. If it doesn't do what you need, you leave and owe nothing.
While your own server is being prepared, the trial may run on an identical machine we rent from a partner. We'll tell you which.
Terms
- Length
- Month to month with 30 days' notice, or twelve months.
- Price
- Quoted per engagement and fixed for the term.
- Deposit
- One to three months, credited to the last months of the term.
- Billing
- Monthly in advance, by invoice. ACH or wire.
- Contract
- A few plain pages. Nothing renews without your agreement.
Support
You deal with Tyler Waitt directly, by email, phone or a shared Slack channel. Questions get an answer within one business day. When your server is down, it is the first thing we work on until it is back. Failed parts are replaced at our cost.
Your data
Your data stays on your server. We don't look at it, copy it or move it. When an engagement ends, the disks are securely wiped and you get written confirmation.
What we don't do
- Share a server between customers, or slice its GPUs.
- Rent by the hour.
- Move your work to another machine without asking.
- Take on more customers than we can look after properly.
